A deposit is required to secure an appointment.

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Please note: Deposits are nonrefundable for cancellations - no shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Please note: A 20% cancellation fee applies to all appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Please arrive on time; more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
